The music department St Bonaventure’s School in Forest Gate has received a prestigious award for the second year in a row for outstanding teaching in music. The prestigious PTI Department Development Programme Subject Mark for outstanding teaching rewards school departments across the UK for developing inspiring and innovative teaching practices.

Mr Hepplewhite, Head of Music at the school said: “I am extremely pleased that we have been awarded the PTI mark for Music. This is invaluable in inspiring and developing collaboration between likeminded music teachers to seek out and share best practices.”
