Paintings and dry-needle prints at Stratford library
Newham artist Sabela Mahlangu’s exhibition of paintings and dry-needle prints titled If you are Black, you’re not simply an artist reflects the restrictions Black artists faced during South Africa’s Apartheid years, which has left Black artists underrepresented. It will be open from Friday 4th to Wednesday 30th October at Stratford Library.
Opening times are from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Saturday and from 12pm to 4pm on Sundays. All the works are for sale.
