Bowls loss for Plashet Park 

The club is seeing out the season in three leagues and two County groups, reports Neandra Etienne

Plashet Park Bowls Club lost narrowly to Clementswood of South Park, Ilford in the Redbridge Afternoon League but the club has chances to make amends in three other leagues and two County group finals. 

President and Captain Cliff Dye told Newham Voices: “The bowlers are confident in ending the season with silverware as they have done so in recent years.” The bowling season finishes on 30 September.
