Sportsperson Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake (Newham and Essex Beagles Athletic Club) won a bronze medal as part of the men’s 4x100m relay team. Nethaneel told his social media followers: “Gratitude always, hardware is not to be taken for granted and always means more when it’s achieved with your brother.” Instagram @nethaneel

Lewis Davey (Newham and Essex Beagles Athletic Club) won a bronze medal as part of the men’s 4x400m relay team. The team also achieved a new European record. Instagram @ld4hunna
