Local musician Kano to close London Film Festival

The Kitchen, starring Kano, closes the BFI Film Festival on Sunday 15th October

The Kitchen starring local musician and Mobo Award winning actor Kane Robinson (Kano) will close the 67th BFI London Film Festival on Sunday 15 October, ahead of its UK cinema release and launch on Netflix.

The Kitchen, directed by British filmmakers Kibwe Tavares and Daniel Kaluuya, explores themes of community, inequality, family, resilience, defiance and care in a dystopian London.
