Newham Ride Cycle Sisters leaders, Misbah, Shameem and Nasim took part in the Women V Cancer Ride the Night event on 29 April Dressed in pink they cycled 100km (60 miles) and have raised more than £320,000 so far! NewVIc students Chloe and Nefeli from Newham Sixth Form College won Association of Colleges (AoC) Sport Awards. Chloe received the award for Inspirational Student of the Year and Nefeli won Volunteer of the Year. Chloe and Nefeli were nominated for their outstanding work supporting, encouraging and inspiring their peers in a variety of sports.
