Manor Park Pop-Up Market was set up with funding from Newham Community Assemblies.
The aim of the market was set up specifically to help promote smaller creative businesses and activate part of the local high street.
They are mainly focused on creative traders with an interesting mix of graphic artists, illustrators, ceramicists and other makers. Alongside this there are sweet baked items, coffees, pastries and cakes too.
For several of the traders it was their first time selling at a market.
The pop-up market provides the stalls, including stand and gazebo, which can be great for smaller at home businesses looking to get out and sell their wares, as well as other businesses who are wanting to take part in a market closer to home.
Their autumn market will be on 8 October. They are open to anyone wanting to apply to take part in that market, or their Christmas market in December.
For more information about trading at their markets you can contact them via their Instagram and website.
They only charge to cover the insurance costs for the market.
