Student app is People’s Choice

Business students at Newham Sixth Form College (NewVIc) have won The People’s Choice Award at The London Met’s annual Big Idea Challenge final with their Fitness Reviver app that will detect strain, fatigue and impact for athletes.

The idea came from four NewVIc business students, Prosper Odum, Byron Michael Olisaebuka Chome, Dilwar Hussain and Pedro Lenghel  who then worked with a mentor from London Metropolitan University as well as getting help from an employer.

NewVic Student Development Manager Kate Reed said: “We are very proud and we wish the students good luck with their future plans on developing their idea.”For more information and a video of the award-winning pitch go here.
